About the Role:

The Incumbent is responsible for understanding, growing, reporting, and building awareness to maximize our back-end rebates and incentive dollars ("incentives") from our OEM partners and distributors ("partners"). This position will design and implement strategies to maximize profitability from rebates and other partner programs. This role will also collaborate with the finance team and other key Trace3 departments to optimize rebates.

What You'll Do:

  • Understanding of partner programs and how to maximize incentive dollars
  • Ensure Trace3 receives credit and is paid for all incentives we earn
  • Understanding multiple aspects of Trace3's business including the sales cycle and certifications required to maintain partner status
  • Understand, influence, and communicate incentive programs to maximize profitability
  • Effective communication skills internally to key constituents including Executive presentations as well as partner contacts
  • Ability to build relationships remotely with internal and external constituents
  • Highly organized efforts to track and maintain over 20 partner programs to maximize partner incentives
  • Design and implement strategies to meet sales, growth, and profitability objectives from partner agreements
  • Serve as the escalation point for incentive dollars from internal constituents and all partners.
  • Liaison to finance department for program metrics, planning, strategizing and reporting
  • May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications & Interests:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college required
  • A minimum of five years of related work experience; technology industry experience preferred
  • Excellent planning, communication, change management, including financial business acumen
  • Ability to work independently as a problem solver and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate with a range of partners
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

Estimated Pay Range

$121,200—$175,800 USD
