MEB is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to help maintain our Apartment Communities.

You Have:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with residents, management, and vendors.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English for business necessities
• Appliance, Electrical, HVAC, Painting and Plumbing experience
• Pools and Spa experience
• Minimum 1 year multifamily experience with an emphasis on repairs, maintenance, and customer service
• HVAC Certification preferred
