Path Engineering LLC (a staffing agency with years of experience helping companies with high-volume hiring needs) is posting this job on behalf of Design Molded Plastics.

Perform assigned tasks and operate designated equipment to manufacture parts in accordance with established quality and quantity standards. Responsible for part production, visual inspection, and packaging of quality products.

Essential Functions

Duties may include, but are not restricted to, one or more of the following:

• Understand and maintain a working knowledge of Quality Procedures and Work Instructions

• Ability to operate at least half of the machines

• Ability to operate multiple conveyors at a time

• Perform any secondary operations and/or rework as instructed

• Inspect parts for defects, and ensure accuracy of carton quantities

• Inspect carton label for accuracy and place label on carton

• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and effective work environment

• Communicate to Supervisors, Team Leads, and other shift operators of activity/problems that occur

• Sign off on Training Log in mold book

• Additional duties may be requested by supervisor

• Regular attendance and punctuality

• Able to read and interpret written information

• Follow policies and procedures

• Monitors own work to ensure quality

• Meets productivity standards

• Uses equipment and materials properly

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to life 35 lbs

• Manual hand dexterity

• Ability to stand for 10 hours, lifting, turning, twisting, reaching, pulling, and pushing

• Must be able to detect defects visually

You should be proficient in:

• Quality Inspection Experience
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
• Injection Molding Experience

Salary info:

$15 - $15 / hr
