What does a Driver do at Swire Coca-Cola?
You will be transporting our great-tasting products in a safe, timely manner to our customers. Pick up and deliver product in the back-stock area designated by retail partners at each location along your
daily route. Also retrieving any product that is set aside for return to the sales center.

Responsibilities include:
- Follow all safety procedures throughout the day.
- Drive from Sales Center to customer locations on Daily route.
- Deliver to all stores in a safe, efficient, and productive manner.
- Verify order and invoice with customer.
- Check truck inventory compared to load-out report.
- Return inventory compared to load-in report.
- Return pallets, shells and assigned product at each delivery location.
- Follow all federal and state DOT regulations.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid Class A CDL license.
- Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
- Ability to work weekends. (Sundays Off)
- Lift up to 50 pounds.

Base pay range is $25.25 to $28.06 per hour. Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
Employees and families offered Medical, Dental, Vision; union pension with employer contributions; Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours work, annually 7 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays; Vacation of 40 hours available next calendar year; Eligible for paid Bereavement and Jury Duty.
