Split-Rail is a neighborhood restaurant with a strong focus on high quality food and hospitality. Our food is American with its roots in nostalgia. We create accessible dishes with a fine-dining mentality, which means we use great ingredients and technique.

We are seeking one more full-time cook to join our team. We offer paid vacation, subsidized health benefits, 401k, and a semiannual retention bonus for qualifying full-time team members. We offer a fun, positive, engaging environment, where cooks are encouraged to get creative. We are open to part-time candidates as well.

We have opportunity for growth, as well as periodic reviews with the opportunity for wage increases, as well as quarterly bonuses.

We start at $18 (or more, depending on experience) plus tips. Tips are paid out on your check weekly, and average anywhere from $3-5 per hour (sometimes better on busier/holiday weeks).
