Joshua's Pest Control is hiring full-time Experienced Termite Inspectors with a BRANCH 3 FIELD REPRESENTATIVE license for the State of CA. We are looking to add to our team - motivated men and women, who are ready to continue a career in the thriving Pest Control Industry!

JOB DUTIES and DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential and/or commercial buildings to determine termite infestations. This includes escrow inspections.
• Completion of required documentation and forms at the end of he day.
• Contact customer and follow up on leads after inspections are done.
• Maintain clean and orderly assigned company vehicle, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Team on monthly goals and assist with positive culture building.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold a valid Driver License and Clean Driving Record
• Must hold Branch 3 Field Representative license for Structural Pest Control in CA.
• Sales experience is preferred but not requeried.
• Must be on time every day and complete assigned route, and uphold JOSHUAS PEST CONTROL processes and procedures.
• Complete 90-days to be eligible for Health Care Benefits.
• 8 hour works days, 5 days per week. (Overtime available)
