Our Digital Customer Experience (DCE) Design organization is growing our team with a Lead Content Strategist that will create content, design journeys and deliver experiences for our customers that are simple and secure.

We're looking for a creative, empathetic and resourceful Content Strategist to join, contribute to and help develop our Offers and Shopping team into one of the best content strategy teams in tech. This individual will partner with product, design, research and technology to build human-centered experiences that educate and inspire our consumer banking customers. As a member of our Digital Customer Experience team, you'll lead strategy and execution across each step of product creation, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product, technology, design and research partners to create simple, elegant solutions to complex user problems
  • Build content strategy and stories that unify and align business goals with great user experience
  • Leverage user insights and data to create end-to-end content strategy for customer-centric digital experiences
  • Write exceptional UX copy (and execute against your own strategy)
  • Understand product strategy and connect the dots between teams
  • Think strategically about systems, and how to work at scale
  • Lead a develop a team of content designers and editors

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • 7+ years of experience in digital, with direct work experience in content strategy
  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Advertising or another communications-related field preferred, but not required
  • Experience working with design systems and brand standards, including writing according to nuanced voice and tone
  • Must be able to translate insights from user research and synthesize them into actionable concepts
  • Proficient at tools and process and recommends new tools and/or process improvements
  • Ability to incorporate user needs, business needs, and technical constraints/opportunities into the product development process
  • Must be able to show portfolio and samples that showcase required skills
