Job Description:
Organization: The role will report to the EHS Manager.
Position Summary:
Seeking a qualified Technical Writer to assist in the development, drafting, review, editing, and finalization of SOA and work instruction documents for the Coform line.
Key responsibilities:
Review current SOA and WI for the understanding of ‘How to” develop new documents. Write Safe Operating Access (SOA) documents. Develop Work Instructions (WI) for Coform work assets.
They will work with Line leaders to determine how these tasks are performed, then create the work instructions for the facility. Writing work instructions for tasks. (Tasks like, cleaning, inspecting, fixing machines).
Experience: Fulfills one of the following:
Experience writing, reviewing, or editing protocols and clinical study reports and literature-based clinical evaluations highly preferred.
Intermediate to advanced applied knowledge of routine document content preparation.
Ability to interpret basic tabular and graphical data presentations.
Ability to create basic tables Knowledge of Microsoft software, (i. e. EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT) and ADOBE PDF.
Skills/Qualifications:
Good command in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint, PDF converter).
Good command in virtual tools, intranet, SharePoint, one drive.
Minimum requirement:
University-level technical writing course(s) or equivalent experience in science/technical writing.
Education:
Bachelor or higher degree preferred, scientific focus desirable.
