What You Will Do:


The Junior Accountant reports to the Controller. The Junior Accountant is responsible for ensuring assigned vendors are paid accurately and on time. The Junior Accountant assists in the daily operations of the finance department, works with shared services to ensure that payments and reconciliations are followed up on and correct. The ncumbent of this position would be responsible to support the controller in all other aspects within the finance department.


Responsible for the daily incoming invoices (post, e-mail, pdf.. vendor portal), opening/sorting scanning/sending them into the system.
Matches source documents and enters invoices into Payables system.

Works with Purchasing, Procurement and/or Vendor to resolve discrepancies between PO, receipts and invoice.
Ensures appropriate approvals are obtained in accordance with approval levels.
Reconciles Company payable records with vendor statements

Assist in working closely with the auditors to ensure that auditing is completed in time.
Performs various other accounting tasks and special projects as required


What You Will Bring:

Bachelors degree in finance preferred

  • Experience working in a mutinational organization
