Title: Sailpoint Information Security Advisor

Location: Indianapolis, IN

SailPoint Architect who will be responsible for innovating ,leading and delivering the Next Gen Digital Identity Governance Solution.

Primary Duties include but are not limited to:

• Design and Build an Identity Governance Platform that is scalable by partnering with Enterprise Security, Regulatory Compliance and Business Process requirement.

• Develop IGA Platform with right Balance of Security and User Experience.

• Design and Build Role Based Access Control and Attribute Based Access Control solutions.

• Extensive experience with designing and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ including a deep architectural understanding of its technical components

• Experience in Design and build Solutions using SailPoint out-of-the-box and Custom Connectors.

• Provide Daily management of Program Level Risks and Issues related to regulatory controls and Audit findings with Scope, Scheduled and Cost associated to the Risk.

• Be self-organizing and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams leveraging agile development practices.

• Creates a culture of customer focus and high performance to drive innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires BS/BA in Information Technology or related field of study and a minimum of 10 years experience in systems administration and security aspects of information systems, access management and network security technologies, network communications, computer networking, telecommunications, systems development and management, hardware, software, data, and people; experience with multiple technical and business disciplines required; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Experiences and Competencies:

• 3 Years' experience in designing and Developing SailPoint Architecture for Enterprise.

• 5 years' experience in building SailPoint IIQ Integrations with enterprise services for user life cycle management and role analytics

• Experience with Role Mining tools and technologies.

• Experience with Sailpoint IdentityNow is Preferred.

• AWS or other Cloud platform experience

• IAM knowledge

• Strong experience in key management in classic architectures as well as cloud technologies.

• Health Insurance, Financial Services, or experience in highly regulated industries is preferred.

• Expert knowledge and understanding of industry-accepted data processing controls and concepts strongly preferred as applied to Security Certifications: CISSP preferred and other advanced technical security certifications (e.g. Information Systems Security Architecture Professional, Information Systems Security Engineering Professional, Certification and Accreditation or equivalent certifications).

• 8 years experience in software development in the following programming languages, Beanshell, Java, and JavaScript
