Job Description
We are an importer of women's fashion accessories, located in Tucker, GA, and are looking for an invoicing specialist to achieve order processing speed and accuracy and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and accounting software, although QuickBooks can be taught. This person is a team player who enjoys working independently within a small group of employees. They are a problem solver, excited to help customers, patient, empathetic and communicative.
This person processes all orders being transmitted from sales reps and websites. They will write product descriptions for catalogs and websites as new items are added.
Additional core responsibilities include the following:
Collaborates with shipping and receiving manager daily for inventory accuracy and shipping customers' orders.
Collaborates with graphics designer for catalog layout each 6-month season.
Supports sales reps with samples and supplies to generate sales, as needed.
This person will receive paid vacations, paid holidays and personal time off. Lunchroom / kitchen is provided. Free parking and on Marta bus line.
