Job Description

We are looking for an entry level inside sales representative to assist our inside sales team. This position involves working with our inside sales team, quoting material, preparing quotes in our quoting software, negotiate pricing with vendors, creating sales orders, and managing the workflow of paperwork from quote to sale. We are a fast-paced business, team-oriented and are looking for someone willing to learn and grow within our company.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist with managing paperwork for quotes, purchases, and sales orders
• Assist with quote request to vendors
• Assist with creating quotes in our quoting software
• Assist with creating purchase orders in our purchasing software
• Assist with creating sales orders in our sales order software

Expectations and Growth:

• Learn and Develop the skills necessary to become an Inside Sales Rep
• Develop good communication skills with customers and vendors

Necessary Skills and Education:

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent is required
• Must know how to do basic math such as Add, Subtract, Multiply, Divide and understand Decimals and Fractions
• Must know how to use a Calculator and read a Tape Measurer
• Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and preferably Outlook
• Multi-tasking is a must, you will often times be working on several things at once

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
