Division Description:

ITW Deltar Fasteners serves all the major OEMs and their tier suppliers with plastic fasteners totaling approximately $260M in revenues. Units include: Frankfort, IL; Chippewa Falls, WI and our Commercial Sales and Engineering in Troy, MI.

Job Description


We’re looking for an intern to support our Human Resources team, with a focus on Talent Development. Your primary role will be supporting our Automotive Leadership Development Program. This is an impactful project where you will help us with recruitment, program management, event coordination, data collection and analysis. You will gain valuable experience in the areas of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Employee Relations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and support project plans to ensure delivery timelines and milestone achievements
  • Conduct research and support vendor selection for specific learning needs
  • Coordinate and support talent development initiatives for early career programming
  • Collect data, analyze data and input for review with various stakeholders
  • Support development of internal marketing and communications to promote and raise awareness for programming and initiatives
  • Support training and development related activities and human resources projects as needed

What We Need You to Have:

  • Rising Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Organizational Development
  • Previous internship experience in an HR or Talent function is preferred
  • Competent working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Passion for developing emerging talent
