We have an immediate opening at our office in Dallas- Farmers Branch, TX for a
Human Resources Coordinator.

Candidate must be flexible to work a hybrid in-office schedule.*
Responsibilities include:
- Perform internal customer service functions by responding to daily e-mail requests and/or phone calls for employee information and/or HR policies
- Create or complete employment verification requests for third parties or at employee requests
- Ensure completion of new hire onboarding, as well as off boarding, utilizing the HRIS UltiPro System
- Process termination paperwork, in accordance with state and federal law
- Guide new hire through the completion of onboarding documents and troubleshoot, as needed
- Maintain personnel files and records, ensure all incoming paperwork is filed in a timely manner, and files are maintained current
- Cross train to function as back up within HR department for various additional tasks
- Ensure accurate and compliant completion of I-9 Forms
- Create and provide reports from Company HRIS system, at request
- Interact with external partners through daily e-mails and phone communication

- Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast paced environment
- The ability to demonstrate problem solving skills, dependability, adaptability, and to complete assignments with attention to detail and with a high degree of accuracy
- 0-1 years of Administrative experience
- 1-2 years Human Resources experience
- Highschool Diploma and/or AA degree
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook experience
- Hands on experience with HRIS system such as UltiPro is preferred
