GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Grounds Technician in Fresno, CA to join our dynamic property management team!

Our GSF Grounds Technician is responsible for enhancing and daily upkeep of the community. We are looking for someone who is the following:

• Organized - You are flexible and able to juggle multiple priorities and interactions with customers and teammates smoothly.

Essential Duties include the following. Additional duties or job functions may be required as deemed necessary by the company.

• Enhance our community - You’ll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the grounds and daily curb appeal.
• Build rapport with customers - You'll make positive connections with customers by offering a smile and a greeting when you see them around their homes.
• Respond to service requests - You’ll launch into action when grounds issues arise, collaborating with teammates and prioritizing service requests to earn trust and build resident satisfaction.
• Notice the details - You’ll walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.

Requirements:

Requirements for Grounds Technician:

• No experience needed, but preferred
• Excellent Customer Service
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Available to work 40 hours per week
