We are seeking a Fleet Diesel Mechanic to join our team!

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years experience as a mechanic working on commercial trucks
• Knowledge of a trucks electrical system
• Knowledge of air brakes, hydraulic components, drive line & suspension

Responsibilities

• Provide mechanical maintenance, including repairs and lubrication
• Repair and maintain air brakes, vehicle air conditioning, and hydraulics
• Repair and maintain truck electrical systems, i.e., 12v &/or 24 vdc
• Report equipment breakdowns to generate work orders
• Prepare work orders

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 1 hours at one time
• working up to 15 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
