Finish Coordinator

What You Will Be Doing

• Create a "Benchmark unit for the subs to understand
• Set projects up in Procore
• Ensure punch list is completed in timely matter
• Enforce the completion schedule as dictated per the project schedule
• Ensure Owner's punch list is signed off

What You Need for this Position

• At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant PM, Superintendent or similar role
• Strong industry knowledge, preferably multi-family
• Strong skills in Procore, Microsoft Project and MS office
• Strong communication skills and Time management
