Finish Coordinator

We are a Multi-Family Developer located in Columbus, OH. Our company is very well established and continues grow each year with many opportunities for advancement. Currently we are looking to bring a Finish Coordinator to handle the punch list process on projects. If you are an individual in the construction industry that is familiar with Procore and creating punch lists, we would live to speak with you.
- Create a "Benchmark unit for the subs to understand
- Set projects up in Procore
- Ensure punch list is completed in timely matter
- Enforce the completion schedule as dictated per the project schedule
- Ensure Owner's punch list is signed off
- At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant PM, Superintendent or similar role
- Strong industry knowledge, preferably multi-family
- Strong skills in Procore, Microsoft Project and MS office
- Strong communication skills and Time management
