A new Italian restaurant is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the day to day operations and management of the kitchen. Located in Germantown and pulling inspiration from New York’s Little Italy, this will be a busy location consisting of 180 seats inside and 40 outside. The ideal candidate has experience in Italian cuisine as well as high volume restaurants. This person will also be responsible for building out a strong team to handle day to day service. The ideal candidate has a passion for cooking and can bring their creative vision to the menu.
