We’re searching for qualified Full-Time Sales and Marketing Specialist to start ASAP!

Sales and Marketing Specialist duties:

• Build relationships with customers and communicate promotional services
• Communicate brand information to a relevant target audience
• Demonstrate proper product and services knowledge to the customers
• Directly engage face-to-face with customers in a retail environment
• Proper implementation of local marketing campaigns using sales strategies
• Meet sales goals established by you and the marketing team
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
• Assist with marketing and promoting products and services
• Ensure the company meets all customers’ needs to encourage repeat business

What we’re looking for in a Sales and Marketing Specialist:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and improve!
• Team player with an outgoing personality
• Excellent customer service skills
• 0-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and hospitality

We offer hourly base pay PLUS UNCAPPED commission and occasional bonuses!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
