DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT MANAGER


WE OFFER

As the Digitial Technology Marketing Manager you will guide the organization’s email, web, and social media marketing and customer engagement efforts. Leveraging a deep marketing toolkit, manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital marketing initiatives spanning a variety of leading-edge topics, including internet of things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and the future of insurance. In addition, develop and execute successful digital initiatives and content using industry standard content management and marketing automation platforms. Create and implement leading edge digital marketing initiatives that are at the intersection of technology and insurance, driving engagement, preventing losses, and enabling small businesses to be more successful.

WE EXPECT

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field; Masters preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years’ experience in a digital marketing and/or customer experience in insurance, financial services, or a technology-based industry in a marketing, communications, or design-related role
  • 5+ years of experience in content management, marketing automation, and email marketing platforms is required
  • Prior experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Experience Manager, Campaign, Target, and Audience Manager) and Adobe Analytics highly preferred (certification is a plus)
  • Prior experience in launching new products and executing marketing campaigns in a technology-based product environment.
  • Prior experience working with creative agencies required.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proven ability to build workflows, emails, templates, and customer journeys considering the entire landscape of digital interactions with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the creation of marketing campaigns that tie to the overall business strategy to effective tactics
  • High proficiency in content development for websites, landing pages, SMS, and email marketing efforts
  • Proficient in best practices and publishing tools for social media especially LinkedIn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the presence and poise to present to senior level clients and persuade internal colleagues on complex topics
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-starter who can work independently and, in a team setting
  • Deep knowledge of insurance and/or financial product marketing highly preferred
  • Superior skillset in one of the following is highly preferred: content strategy, copywriting, email/SMS campaigns, social media marketing, or communication design.
