Job Description

The Client Account Manager is the strategic face of Elavon to the client, representing multiple Elavon business channels. They are responsible for:


  • Selling Elavon services to U.S. Bank and non U.S. Bank clients
  • They will handle inbound calls via a call queue and make outbound calls on leads derived from web leads
  • They will also help our DIY clients through the online forms and alleviate pending applications as they arise


Basic Qualifications


  • Associate degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Two or more years of client management experience in the financial industry


Preferred Skills and Experience


  • Strong contract negotiation, account management and project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Proven customer service/relations skills
  • Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Some knowledge of Elavon products and systems helpful

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $56,950.00 - $67,000.00 - $73,700.00
