Requirements:
- Licensed RDN with minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Experience with obesity medications and binge eating disorder
- Technical understanding of online scheduling tools, EMR, video-visit coordination
You will work one on one with individuals through the 30-minute video visit to help them learn more about their bodies, discuss nutrition and obesity medicine, develop meal plans around their medication
Build rapport, credibility and engagement with members through video visit with exceptional communication skills
Use motivational interviewing techniques to elicit change
Guide, advise, and educate members on lifestyle choices unique to their personal needs and metabolic health, including health marker, performance, optimization, and longevity goals
Adapt with ease in a flexible and demanding, fast-paced startup environment, and be willing to go above and beyond for our clients
Collaborate with our team of curious, innovative providers
Stay up-to-date with the latest obesity medicine and binge eating disorder research
Grow and evolve with new opportunities, such as blog-writing, education development, social media engagements, etc
You participate in and contribute to changes and effectively provide feedback for the collective good
