Our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company’s premier vacation brands including Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club.

We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including MyDisneyExperience and Hey, Disney!

This role sits in the Guest Content Experience organization within Technology & Digital for Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products.

The ideal candidate is someone who loves to solve riddles, can take a basic idea and turn it into a technical solution, and can work hand-in-hand with experts from product development, design, software testing, and other partners to give our Guests the best-in-class experiences they expect.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a team of architects, software engineers, platform engineers, and others in a highly matrixed environment
  • Manage and participate in the software development lifecycle, including the planning, funding, solutions, testing, and release of system features.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical partners to deliver features on time and to specifications
  • Provide detailed estimates of work and ensure timely delivery of features
    Resolve conflicts and eliminate blockers to allow the team to focus on building great solutions
  • Continuously learn and keep up to date with emerging technologies to evaluate the impact to business and member value
  • Deliver an outstanding experience for our Guests
