Responsibilities

• File annual, weekly, and daily reports for our operations teams
• Process EIN numbers for new businesses with the Secretary of State
• Communicate with internal team members on new orders that our clients need processed
• Answer annual report questions as asked from our production teams
• Input data into our company CRM portal
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal team members

Qualifications:

• High rate of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Professional Appearance and Demeanor
