Position Summary:
The File Intake Specialist is responsible for supporting the timely and accurate handling and processing of active claim files. The position helps gather essential information for active claims, compiles thorough and accurate documentation, works with and accurately manages information within legal database, and communicates tactfully and effectively with colleagues, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
