Job Description

We are looking for a Data Associate to join our Sales team at JONATHAN Y DESIGNS. The ideal candidate must possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, have a solid work ethic, an analytical mindset and ability to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

· Build, maintain and manage product content across wholesale accounts with emphasis on data entry and excel work

· Collaborate closely with the eCommerce data team to input heavy sku volume for accounts like Home Depot, Amazon.com. Target etc.

· Facilitate online items in internal systems from creation to publication

· Obtain vendor information and enter into item set-up program

· Ensure copy information is complete and associated with correct item

· Manage site products and content

· Configure/add/remove/edit items

· Create and proof all copy and images

· Maintain item updates and adjustments through full life cycle

· Generate quarterly analytics and sales report as needed

· Communicate daily with eCommerce clients by providing customer service and support

· Multi-task multiple projects simultaneously, while keeping track of all deliverables and deadlines.

· Excellent follow-up and superior attention to detail is critical in this role

· Ensure data quality and completeness of all record

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail oriented, analytical environment

Qualifications:

· At least 1 year working experience within an analytics-oriented field (Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields)

· Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Dynamic Formulation, Sorting, Charts)

· Ability to work independently and within a team environment

· An eye for detail, and propensity to question data

· Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
