Looking for a Data Analyst commuteable to New York City or Princeton, NJ to work in a hybrid model.

8+ Years of experience as Data Analyst.

Expertise in understanding and converting Business requirements into data needs and ability to write mapping documents and rules.

Experience in Transformation project and understanding of legacy data vs current needs by requirements

Ability to independently perform data analysis with hands on writing SQL queries.

Ability to view End to End data needs by requirements (Source to ETL to Data Storage to Reports)

Experience in Informatica ETL Projects

Experience in working with Business Product owners.

Experience in Agile methodology and proficient in using ADO/Jira Tools.

Experience in P&C Insurance domain is desirable

Experience with DuckCreek data is desirable

• Ability to write various documents such as functional requirements preferred

• Desire to learn new software, data sources and skills to improve data management
• Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision or questions
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
• Intermediate written and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills a plus

Facilitation skills with the ability to drive issues to closure preferred
