Data Analyst, Partnership Services, ESIS Specialty
The Data Analyst in Partnership Services is responsible for client, broker, and carrier facing loss run requests day-to-day, ensuring the data output is of the highest quality. The position will report to the Vice President of Partnership Services and the candidate is expected to have a high degree of organization, initiative, and ability to prioritize, multi-task, maintain flexibility and ultimately meet and exceed deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Position responsibilities:
Process loss run requests for ESIS Specialty programs timely prioritizing urgent requests
Create template loss runs client by client
Work with the business analyst and data teams to create customized loss runs if required
Review client loss runs for data quality (missing, unknown, miscellaneous) in advance of month end
Work with Adjusters, Team Leaders and Operations when missing data is identified
Manage the Loss Run Dedicated Email Address distribution lists
Monitor workflow to ensure service and compliance to expectations. Suggest enhancements where appropriate
Support partnership activities related to custom field requirements and third-party data needs via sFTP
Report inefficiencies, opportunities, and successes to VP of Partnership Services and AVP of Operations monthly
Provide outstanding customer service and work with teams to deliver exceptional service to clients and brokers in the creation and submission of loss runs
Enforce system and operational procedures as relates data and reporting
Implements necessary processes and procedures to assure consistent high-quality data output
Works with the home office product to assure consistency with current reporting standards, policies, processes, procedures, and data output quality
Attends internal team calls and work with leadership to address any deficiencies
Support business leader and sales and account management team on new and renewal business as relates client data needs
Support reporting requirements related to the Lloyd’s of London bordereaux procedures and requirements monthly
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
In depth knowledge of the Risk Management Information Systems, Data and Reporting modules, and industry standard loss run requirements
3 plus years insurance and data management experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication, influencing capability and an ability to quickly build credibility
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Enthusiastic attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances
Self-starter able to operate in an entrepreneurial environment that rewards the ability to successfully set and achieve goals, execute plans and work with management, clients, underwriters, compliance, and brokers
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
