We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Acquisition Analyst who exhibits passion, persistence, and has an aptitude for creative problem solving. This is a new position that will partner closely with our Sales & Marketing team to support the growth and success of our business.

The individual in this role may work from our Buhler Office located at: 111 Old Mill Lane Buhler, Kansas, remote based or hybrid.


Key Responsibilities (not limited to):


  • Analyze lead data and assist with the development of sales strategies

  • Partner with marketing resources to utilize data in order to articulate trends and develop points of view on recommendations

  • Develop and provide analytics that identify opportunities to improve and expand market performance

  • Collect data and analyze proposed future build areas provided by the Strategy team

  • Standardize key reporting for customer acquisition

    • High level weekly dashboard

    • Develop an in-depth understanding of all Customer Acquisition data sources

  • Assist with the evaluation of market economics, participating in pricing related projects and monitoring pricing activities

  • Ensures accuracy of daily/weekly sales and commission reporting

  • Monitors and seeks opportunities to increase revenue via upselling channels, eg updates according to management needs

Experience/Knowledge Required:

  • 2+ years of experience working in an Analyst, Accountant or Systems like role

  • Experience utilizing Excel or Google sheets to manipulate challenging data efficiently and scalably,

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
