Job Description:
Duties:
Inbound call support for real time eligibility requests
Research, analyse, and track requester’s needs/action taken
Manage resolution and status in a timely manner
Navigate multiple systems
Service customers across medical platforms and products
Interact in a professional manner (includes verbal and written interactions).
Skills:
Previous health insurance experience or knowledge preferred/big plus
Experience with multiple software and system-based applications, including database, spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong verbal/written communication, as well as organizational skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels within the organization.
Ability to quickly understand the customers' needs and expectations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience working independently and proactively.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills required.
Ability to effectively problem-solve issues to resolution.
Customer Service or Call Centre experience preferred
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
