Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm CST

Job Description:

Duties:

  • Inbound call support for real time eligibility requests

  • Research, analyse, and track requester’s needs/action taken

  • Manage resolution and status in a timely manner

  • Navigate multiple systems

  • Service customers across medical platforms and products

  • Interact in a professional manner (includes verbal and written interactions).

Skills:

  • Previous health insurance experience or knowledge preferred/big plus

  • Experience with multiple software and system-based applications, including database, spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Strong verbal/written communication, as well as organizational skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels within the organization.

  • Ability to quickly understand the customers' needs and expectations.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience working independently and proactively.

  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills required.

  • Ability to effectively problem-solve issues to resolution.

  • Customer Service or Call Centre experience preferred

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
