Job Description:
As a Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring clients are receiving their invoices and remitting payments in accordance with specified terms. You will interact with clients as needed and work to continuously improve our collections process. Training ( approximately 1 week), after training you will be allowed too remotely
Required Skills:
2+ years’ experience in business-to-business collections or 2+ years education in business or accounting
Oracle (or another ERP platform)
Accounts Receivable Oracle Advanced Collections (or other Collections tool)
Experience in a shared service/internal service delivery role is desirable
Professional Services (e.g., consulting, auditing, project-based) industry experience
Skilled in customer service interactions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Being adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
Good data entry skills
Proficiency in MS Word, and MS Excel
An associate degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
