General Responsibilities

Required but not limited to:

• Framing (including both metal and wood)
• Hang and finish drywall.
• Replace ceiling tile and grid.
• Paint interior drywall, door frames, doors and trim.
• Carpentry skills to install backing
• Ability to set door frames, hang doors and install door hardware
• Capable of hot patching and minor repairs
• Removal and replacement of cabinetry expedience helpful but not required.
• Position will require nights and weekend working hours occasionally.
• Knowledge in OSHA safety regulations
• Must be able to work individually and as a team player.
• Must have a valid driver license and pass a third party background test
• Position will require some overnight travel.
