POSITION SUMMARY
The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. Responsible for providing casino players with player tracking cards and all benefits and perks associated with that card. This employee is responsible for answering and handling all incoming calls to the property from guests, employees, and the call center.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Issues player cards for new and existing accounts and issues any benefits and marketing related perks from those player card accounts.· Evaluates customer’s play for comping needs.· Ensure at all times operating principles are being adhered to:o Clean – Keep all areas clean and pristine.o Safe – Follow all safety policies and procedures.o Friendly – Use customer courtesy skills of Company sponsored programs to provide superior guest service.o Fun – Have fun! Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards.o Fantastic Value – Effectively manage and ensure an optimum value proposition for our patrons.
· Provides customers with in-depth marketing/casino related information and answers questions about that information.· Completes all company-required training within designated time frames. · Prompt, courteous handling of all incoming and outgoing calls in a courteous and efficient manner· Gives claim tickets to guest as they drop off their coats. · Hangs coats on an electric coat hanger mechanism or a manual system.· Assures guests receive their coats when they issue a claim ticket to the attendant.Location: 100 Isle of Capri Boulevard, Boonville, Missouri 65233
