Business Development – Sandy, UT

Essential Functions


  • Be a key contributor in the growth of the Lead Generation Team by recruiting, training, and managing Lead Gen Specialists and Biz Dev team members
  • Take an aggressive approach to generating qualified leads for the sales, rental, and leasing team members.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales/Account Management Teams to create and execute customer CRM and Sales Process’
  • Constantly innovate to hit goals regarding the creation, qualification, and closing of new business
  • Work with Marketing team to create the strategy for, execute, and manage optimization plans for lead generation and reach
  • Understand past strategies for content, email campaigns, and other lead generation items
  • Execute campaigns driving new leads to the sales team with a firm understanding of the functionality of current and future CRM systems
  • Assist in setting, reaching personally, and managing team members to goals for quantity and quality of leads
  • Ability to report and access metrics to support marketing/business strategies

Job Requirements


  • 2 - 5 years' experience utilizing multiple avenues to qualify and acquire new customers
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and other marketing teams
  • Excitement – Love the journey and help motivate others to do the same
  • Experience working in finance verticals (Leasing, Rental, Medical Sales)
  • Extensive knowledge of automation in CRM software
  • Experience with platforms like LinkedIn for cultivating prospects
  • Depth of knowledge in lead gen best practices with CRM landing pages, campaign structure, targeting, reporting, etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of multiple CRM platforms and the ability to onboard, rollout, and assist senior management groups with deployment strategies of new tools.
