Job Description

Job requirements:

• Perform Accounting functions
• Knowledge of posting deals for at least 1 year
• Knowledge of schedules and maintenance of the same
• Knowledge of payoffs and check disbursements
• Reynolds and Reynolds or CDK experience

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for posting deals
• Retail delivery reporting units to manufacturer
• Issuing payoffs
• Responsible for submitting and collecting incentives
• Cleaning schedules
• Maintaining weekly reports
• Assisting office manager in various tasks

Wages depend on your level of experience and knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Experience:

• Automotive Bookkeeping: 1 year (Required)
• Reynolds and Reynolds: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
