Responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail
• Review and verify all paperwork/deal jackets ensuring all documents are completed accurately
• Process paperwork in a timely manner
• Reconcile schedules
• Ability to post journal entries
• Post new, used, and wholesale deals to accounting books
• Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit to financial institutions
• Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and comfortable in an open office is required
• Knowledge of Excel
• General Accounting knowledge
• Automotive title & tag experience preferred
• Automotive accounting or Ignite (Reynolds & Reynolds) experience preferred

Qualifications

• Must have at least one (1) year of recent automotive office experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail, and organized
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including word and excel Reynolds and Reynolds DMS helpful
