Armstrong Transport Group, LLC is a third-party logistics provider headquartered in Charlotte, NC.

Our premier nationwide network of independent agents work at 125 locations around the country. We match our customers’ needs with the variety of services we provide. From LTL to full truckload, international, intermodal (and everything in between) there is no project too big or too small for Armstrong to handle. Today, we have over 150 agent offices and more than 1,000 logistics professionals working around the country. Our customers, carriers, and agents are supported by a team of over 100 corporate employees.

This is a hybrid position, with Mondays through Thursdays in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and dissolve tension
• Research and resolve client billing problems or issues
• Check the Billing mailbox on a minimum of a once-daily basis
• Processes payments and invoices in a timely manner
• Data entry and posting encounters
• Other special projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma, preferably an associate's degree or above
• Minimum of 1 year of previous professional work experience
• Ability to commit to a hybrid work model
• Comfort navigating typical office equipment and tools- e.g., phones, computer systems, internal and external portal
