Behavioral Intervention Technician or Para Educator for Learning Land Early Learning Programs.
Do you have successful work experience assisting children with behavior support strategies?
Learning Land is hiring 3 behavior intervention technicians with or without formal credentials, with experience, ability, and skills necessary to promote inclusive, least restrictive environments and support childcare providers in serving children with developmental delays, disabilities, behavioral needs, or other unique needs. An emphasis on recent work experience with successful outcomes.
CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
Requirements:
Experience working 1:1 with children in need of behavior supports, Great Communication , Open Collaboration, Professional but Friendly, Critical Thinking, Actively participate in appropriate behavior re-direction, Great listener, Ability to build rapport with children and co-workers, team player, Empathetic, Observation and Data Collection
