POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing excellent service to resort guests by utilizing their knowledge of F&B and Bartending.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Opening and closing of the bar
• Wait on customers with enthusiasm and efficiency while taking orders and making drinks
• Promotes daily food specials from Tony’s Bar and Grill
• Verify proper identification is provided by all customers
• Follow all state guidelines on alcohol related issues
• Responsible for following all cash handling policies & procedures throughout shift
• Ensure Bar Inventory is completed the 1st of each month
• Ensure the ordering for product needed is relayed to the F&B Lead is done on a weekly basis
• Restocking the bar at the end of each shift
• Complete various additional tasks and assignments as needed

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: Must have basic bartending experience

Certificates & Licenses: T.I.P.S. and Bartending, serve safe preferred

Other Requirements: Must be of legal age to serve alcohol. Must have a flexible schedule as schedules are determined based on the needs of the business
