Sip-N-Sea Cafe is gearing up for an opening soon in the Leucadia community in Encinitas! Just a few minutes away from Beacons, Grandview and Ponto Beach, we are a coastal cafe specializing in boba teas, coffee, smoothies and bowls. Our shop is newly built with brand new equipment. Our menu has been delicately crafted over the span of several years and we're finally ready to make a splash in San Diego.

Sip-N-Sea Cafe is a brand new boba tea and coffee shop opening on the beautiful Highway 101 in Encinitas, just minutes away from Moonlight and Ponto Beach! We're looking for talented baristas with previous experience in boba/coffee shops. Our ideal candidate is passionate, willing to learn, and willing to grow with the Sip-N-Sea brand. We are looking to hire weekday and full-time employees! We can work with your schedule, and you will get to sample the products while we work with you during your on-the-job-training sessions! We are looking for baristas, cashiers, and shift leaders and are looking to promote from within!

Start date: 2nd-3rd week of March 2023

Requirements:

• Must be able to work daytime and evening shifts during weekdays; (weekend hours are available as well)
• Must have reliable means of transportation.
• Must be friendly and personable. We are looking for people that work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, have a strong work ethic, and work well with others
• Must be able to do latte art

Duties:

• Craft delicious beverages
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Maintain general store cleanliness
• Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety/sanitation, and security

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Latte Art (Required)
• Boba (Preferred)
• Customer Service (Preferred)
• Barista experience (Required)
