Ideatech Creatives, a full-service creative agency based in Chandler Arizona, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Entrepreneurial Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in advertising, social media, web development, and other creative agency responsibilities. This individual will play a critical role in managing clients, invoicing, creating new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a variety of client projects, including advertising campaigns, social media marketing, and web development
• Collaborate closely with a support staff of 5, while not directly managing the team
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes
• Generate new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth
• Track project hours and create invoices for clients
• Work with the brand strategist to manage freelancers and external vendors
• Utilize ClickUp for project management, Proposify for proposals, and various platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Webflow, and Shopify for project execution
• Ensure a high level of quality and attention to detail in all work produced

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of agency or marketing experience, with a strong focus on creative agency responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, "get it done" mentality
• Proficient in ClickUp, Proposify, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Webflow, Shopify, and social media marketing platforms
• Familiarity with industry certifications in advertising is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and work collaboratively with the team
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
