Job Description

We have an opportunity for an experienced Shooter / Video editor. This position requires the ability to excel in both independent assignments and within a team environment with staff producers in the Central Ohio area. We also need the person that are licensed to shoot drone videos. We need experienced candidates to be able to shoot and edit at our offices and in the Central Ohio area.

-Relevant experience in both short-form and long-form video programs is required. Along with experience with filming events and commercials.

-3-5 years of major market experience.

-We utilize After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Premiere, Photoshop and sound editing software.

-Expertise in Adobe Suite-Required

-Master Skillset in: Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere

-Must be very organized and tracking assets per project is required

-Can work at our office during work hours and has your own transportation and HD filming equipment. We may ask you to film using your HD equipment.

-Requires the ability to work within a fast-paced environment, working with deadlines, excellent attention to detail, and accepting creative input and having the ability to manage multiple changes.

Important attributes include proven leadership ability, experience driving a team toward a common goal, creativity, attention to detail, the competitive desire to make each program better than the last, dedication to the work completion.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in video/television production and post-production
- Ability to interact with other staff members in a clear and concise manner
- Thrive in a challenge and exciting environment
- 5-7 years relevant overall editing experience
- Advanced knowledge of detailed television/video editing
- Proven track record of sound decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible schedule
- Drone filming experience preferred
- Travel to different locations for filming'
