The Ai Audit Quality Analyst’s (Operations) mission is to support DataScan’s vision, support Field Risk Specialists and Clients, maintain client confidence, and promote DataScan’s Core Values. We review floorplan audit data and partner with Field Operations, Management, Best Practices, Training, and Ai Development to ensure compliance with DataScan and client procedures and provide clients with timely and accurate information regarding any reported concerns

As an Ai Audit Quality Analyst (Operations), the successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will be analyzing audit data, assisting field associates with procedural questions, communicating with clients, monitoring the Ai Audit Review System, and conducting internal assessments.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Promote audit quality and procedural compliance by reinforcing organizational standards.
  • Review Ai and uVerifi system timestamps, coding statuses, GPS, and image data to evaluate audit results.
  • Identify any deviations between DataScan procedures and audit results.
  • Assess, status items, and maintain the Ai Audit Review System.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound calls to/from field associates and clients to resolve issues or provide direction for audit processes and device instructions.
  • Ability to manage client cases, interpret client questions or complaints, and determine if errors were made by an auditor or if there is an issue with the software, procedures, or audit process.
  • Plan and execute comprehensive Audit Quality Assessments.
  • Monitor system reporting to identify any items requiring additional research.
  • Prepare reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing audit or system data.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of DataScan and Client policies and procedures.
  • Conduct assigned research assignments.
  • Periodically conduct floorplan audits in the field.
  • Perform Ai Audit system testing for field solutions, audit data validation, and assist with software releases as needed.
  • Interact with Field Risk Specialists, Field Associate Supervisors, Clients, and Best Practices.
  • Participate in Internal or Field Operations projects as needed.


Job & Skill Requirements

  • Three-plus years of floorplan auditing experience is required.
  • Must be knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of the floorplan audit process and current client procedures.
  • Demonstrates high-quality standards and a risk mitigation mentality.
  • Aptitude for data analysis and interpretation.
  • Possesses excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Capable of spending significant time answering calls and conducting research.
  • Maintains a positive and motivated attitude when dealing with time-sensitive or complex situations.
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Able to effectively communicate and interact with clients, field, and internal associates.
  • Excellent computer skills with emphasis on the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Ai Website, Adobe, and Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
  • This position may be based in Alpharetta, GA, or remote, pending qualifications and experience.
