The Ai Audit Quality Analyst’s (Operations) mission is to support DataScan’s vision, support Field Risk Specialists and Clients, maintain client confidence, and promote DataScan’s Core Values. We review floorplan audit data and partner with Field Operations, Management, Best Practices, Training, and Ai Development to ensure compliance with DataScan and client procedures and provide clients with timely and accurate information regarding any reported concerns
As an Ai Audit Quality Analyst (Operations), the successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will be analyzing audit data, assisting field associates with procedural questions, communicating with clients, monitoring the Ai Audit Review System, and conducting internal assessments.
