Overview:
An Administrative Manager would be a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual with a strong interest in the digital asset and financial services space along with an interest in taxes and accounting. They will be responsible for overseeing various administrative and operational tasks within a company.
This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including phone answering, scheduling, sales, client management, lead qualification, marketing, tax and accounting administration and tracking and analyzing sales metrics.
This is a part time role that can grow in hours as the firm's requirements grow.
Additionally, as the firm's first and only Administrative Manager, they would be expected to take on a variety of other roles that are currently handled by part-time consultants and/or owner, including the following:
