Job Description

Overview:

An Administrative Manager would be a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual with a strong interest in the digital asset and financial services space along with an interest in taxes and accounting. They will be responsible for overseeing various administrative and operational tasks within a company.

This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including phone answering, scheduling, sales, client management, lead qualification, marketing, tax and accounting administration and tracking and analyzing sales metrics.

This is a part time role that can grow in hours as the firm's requirements grow.

Additionally, as the firm's first and only Administrative Manager, they would be expected to take on a variety of other roles that are currently handled by part-time consultants and/or owner, including the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve the company's processes, duties and responsibilites across multiple related websites/brands , including (e.g. eLearning/courses; personal branding, related tax software etc.).
  • Sales & Client Management
  • Phone Answering (Client Inquiries + TeleSales)
  • Scheduling (Client Meetings, Sales Meetings, Marketing Lead Responses, etc.)
  • Qualifying and following up on leads
  • Tracking and analyzing sales metrics
  • Onboarding & Client Management
  • Engagement Letters
  • Billing
  • Onboarding Emails & Client Questions
  • Marketing & Sales
  • Manage communication with clients, sales prospects, outside consultants and media partners
  • Publishing content (Blog, LI, Medium, Videos, etc.)
  • Social media management
  • Manage basic marketing tasks for all firm related brands
  • Tax Preparation & Accounting
  • Data entry and database management
  • Basic accounting and financial tasks
  • Document management
  • Frim Managment
  • Handles HR requests from employees
  • Helps onboarding new employees
  • General administrative tasks (bill pay, appointment schedule, account management, etc.)
  • General personal tasks for Patrick (bill pay, appointment schedule, account management, etc.)
  • AI & MLInterest in leveraging AI & ML strategically, professionally and thoughtfully for administrative, efficiency, and marketing purposes.
  • Digital Assets (Crypto, NFTs, etc.)Professional and personal interest and experience in this industry preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour
