Job Description:
  • Prepare, breakdown and maintain GSE documentation; ensuring paperwork and computer data entry is completed timely and accurately.
  • Comply with company’s standard operating procedures, policies and safety guidelines.
  • Work with manager to ensure customer satisfaction, and additional assistance as needed.
  • Assure proper compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
  • Follow Dangerous Goods Requirements and Regulations.
  • Answer customers emails, phone calls and inquires in timely manner.
  • Keep records of all GSE goods shipped and received.
  • Go to the warehouse to look for work orders as needed.
  • Comply with and supply necessary documentation for GSE audits.
  • Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Able to work independently with some direction.
  • Comfortable in fast passed environment.
  • Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Team player who works productively with wide range of people.
  • Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Able to multitask.
