• Accounts Receivable Manager

• We are looking to add an Accounts Receivable Manager to our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has scaled an AR department, managed a team of 10 or more, and has a proven history for upskilling/retooling a department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's up for a challenge and has a vision for how to build out a dynamic AR function in a well funded, and supported growing company.

• Responsibilities:
• Successfully manage a team over 10 give/take professionals
• Develop internal tracking and reporting KPIs
• Mentor and Coach less tenured, up and coming accounting professionals
• Journal Entries, Account Reconciliations
• Participate in system testing and upgrades
• Assess and provide a vision for process improvement

• Preferred Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 5+ years of AR leadership
• Hands on, strength based leadership

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.34 - $25.76 per hour
