Accounts Receivable Specialist. In this position you will be contributing to the weekly sales and royalty collection process and reporting on non-compliance issues. You will also proactively communicate with Franchisees on collection issues.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Review weekly reports for accuracy and determine action for any non-reporting or under-reporting locations
- Investigate and determine reason for any non-reporting or under-reporting locations and follow up until resolution is found
- Communicate directly with Franchisee to troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues
- Review weekly royalty collections and calculations for accuracy
- Record weekly invoicing and process EFT payments
- Analyze monthly royalty and brand fund invoices for month end accruals
- Perform ongoing royalty and brand fund audits and resolve findings with Franchisees
- Monitor Franchisee accounts receivables balances and perform collection procedures
- Collect annual tax returns from Franchisees and analyze for accuracy and report any discrepancies
- Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of company-sponsored software applications

Successful candidates will have:
- 2+ years experience in accounts receivable and/or collections role
- BS/BA in Accounting a plus
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable cycle and revenue analysis
- Willingness to speak directly with Customers
- Well organized with the ability to prioritize
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage own workload, and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
