Our company is a dynamic and growing business with annual revenue of $15 million. We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team and help us manage our finances and accounting activities. Knowledge and ability to scale accounting policies and procedures to $100 million annual revenue would be a substantial benefit to the company.

Job Summary: The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all accounting activities for our three operating entities and ensuring that financial records are accurate and up to date. The successful candidate will work closely with the President to ensure that financial information is available when needed and that financial goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly P&L analysis and provide financial reports to management.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly reconciliation of all accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Enterprise Edition
• Prepare and file all tax returns, including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure that funds are available to meet business needs.
• Work with the President to develop and manage budgets.
• Provide guidance to other members of the finance team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, CPA license helpful but not required.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise Edition
• Ability to move company programs to automated entry process.
• Willingness to integrate and utilize AI withing the accounting processes and procedures.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exponential thinker
