Who We Are:

We partner with brands in the natural/organic food and beverage industry to optimize their retail presence in Whole Foods Market locations.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will work approximately 23-26 hours per week, working 3 days a week, making 5 store visits per week, Monday through Friday starting between 5am-7am (days are flexible).
• You will be in charge of building and maintaining a consistent route of weekly store visits to the following Whole Foods Market locations in the Brentwood, TN area: Green Hills, McEwen, and Downtown Nashville. Locations are subject to change based on the needs of the business.
• You will be responsible for growing brands in your portfolio and maintaining the highest level of retail standards:
  • Build relationships with retail leaders to promote brands during weekly visits.
  • Maintain proper communication strategies with retail partners via email, call, text, or in-person conversations.
  • Report in real-time on brand updates via an application called Go Spot Check.
  • Ensure that products are merchandised to the brands standards.

  • Perform basic shelf maintenance: facing/fronting, tag compliance, and proper signage.
