Summary

Maintains post-sales contact with customers in order to facilitate a positive long-term relationship(s).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Serves as customer contact with regard to account problems and facilitates resolution of problems.
  • Communicates with customers concerning account issues.
  • Focuses efforts on feedback, upgrades and enhancements, including add-on sales opportunities.
  • Coordinates customer solutions with production, order processing, and sales.
  • Maintains department specific records.
  • Operates under moderate supervision.
  • May manage members of clerical staff.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.); or two to four years of related experience as an Account Manger in in the Electronics Field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to satisfactorily perform the duties of the position.

Mathematical Skills

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Project

Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

Pay: $48,683.45 - $70,343.60 per year
